Hong Kong Tourism Forecasting Report
The Hong Kong Tourism Forecasting Report presents the forecasts of demand for Hong Kong tourism from this site.
This report provides a very important source of information and update for diverse private businesses operating in Hong Kong's hospitality and tourism industries in the process of their strategic planning and strategy formulation. The report will be published on a quarterly basis. Among the four issues per annum, the first one will present the full forecasts of Hong Kong tourism demand while the other three will focus on the future trends of specific tourism sectors in Hong Kong. Demand is measured by tourist arrivals, tourist expenditure, and hotel room nights. Hong Kong resident departures are also forecast. Econometric methods are used to generate the forecasts with adjustments made by a panel of Delphi experts.
